Agreement

By using Naracert, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Service

Naracert provides tools to design, generate, deliver, and verify digital certificates. We may update features, pricing, and availability as the product evolves during beta.

Your content

You retain ownership of certificate designs and recipient data you upload. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having lawful basis to process recipient personal data.

Acceptable use

You may not use Naracert to issue fraudulent credentials, spam recipients, violate intellectual property rights, or attempt to compromise platform security. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Credits & billing

Certificate credits are consumed when certificates are issued. Subscription and credit pack terms are displayed at purchase. Refunds are handled case-by-case during beta — contact support for billing questions.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" during beta. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.
