Naracert ("we", "us") provides certificate design, issuance, and verification services. This policy describes how we handle personal data when you use our website and application.

Recipient data you upload: names, emails, and custom fields for certificate generation
Certificate metadata: issue dates, verification views, email delivery status
Usage data: logs, device type, and pages visited for security and product improvement

How we use data

We use your data to provide the service, deliver certificates to recipients, enable verification, process billing, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Third-party services

We use Supabase (database & auth), Resend (email delivery), and hosting providers. These processors handle data under their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements where applicable.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting hello@naracert.com. Recipients may contact the issuing organization to request changes to their certificate data.
