How do I create my first batch?

Sign up for a free account, click New Batch, pick a template, add recipients via CSV or manual entry, then generate and distribute.

Can recipients verify certificates without an account?

Yes. Every certificate has a public page and unique ID. Anyone can verify at naracert.com/verify.

What file formats can I import for recipients?

CSV is supported today. Export from Excel or Google Sheets as CSV before uploading.

Can I customize the email sent to recipients?

Yes. Go to Settings → Email to edit the subject and HTML body. Required merge fields must be included.

How do credits work?

Each issued certificate uses one credit. Free accounts receive 10 credits per month. Starter includes 500/month.
