Import recipients from CSV

  1. Export your spreadsheet from Excel or Google Sheets as a .csv file.
  2. The first row must be column headers. Include an email column — other columns should match your certificate dynamic fields (e.g. name, course).
  3. In the Recipients step, drag and drop your CSV or click to upload. Naracert maps columns automatically.
  4. Review each row for validation errors before proceeding. Fix invalid emails before issuing.
